Jeepers Jamboree & Jeep Jamboree
Always the last weekend in July and the first weekend in August, these are paid events that obtain a parade permit from El Dorado County, closing the trail to non-participants.

FOTR Work Party weekends

This year the scheduled weekends are June 27/28, July 18/19, August 22/23.  Details will be worked out at the annual FOTR meeting in February.

Auburn Jeep Club

July 9-12: 75 rigs from Loon to Tahoma.  This is a great way to run the Rubicon in an organized event without  crowd of 600 of your closest friends.  Great value, great food.  Check it out by going to the AJC website on our links page

Cantina for the 'Con 2009!

Saturday September 5th at the Spillway at Loon Lake.  This was an instant success the first year it was held by TDO (The Dysfunctional Organization).  This is a fundraiser for the Rubicon Trail Foundation. This will be the fourth annual and looks to be even bigger and better than the last. The rumor is more than just Dysfunctional tacos.  Who wants breakfast?
