Eldorado County (EDC) – El Dorado County recently re-established the “county road” status of the Rubicon Trail. The Rubicon Trail is managed as an “unimproved” county road by the Department of Transportation. The Rubicon Oversight Committee (ROC) was started by EDC to help manage the trail.
